TERMINOLOGY

The following terminology applies to these terms and conditions. Andrew Scanlan Art will be referred to as ‘ASA’. The website will be referred to as ‘the Site or Services’.

PAYMENT

Transactions of Artworks are done via a secure Paypal Portal for processing payments and all information is encrypted.

ELIGIBILITY

The Site and Services are intended solely for persons who are 18 or older. Any access to or use of the Site or Services by anyone under 18 is expressly prohibited. By accessing or using the Site or Services you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

ASA reserves the right to cancel any order if ASA determines, in its sole discretion, that the item is mispriced, out of stock, discontinued, or otherwise unavailable at the price listed via the Site or Services. If ASA cancels an order placed via the Site or Services, ASA will send you an apologetic email confirmation of such cancellation and you will not be charged for your order.

DELIVERY

Delivery times vary based on the region depending on where the destination is. Delivery time is longer for international clients. ASA will contact you upon purchase and connect you to the relevant courier for order tranking.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns if the artwork is not as you imagined if you notify us within a 7 (seven) day time period and return the artwork to us in the condition it was delivered within 30 (thirty) days.

CHANGE OF MIND

Due to the subjective nature of art, we are happy to accept exchanges – not refunds. We will go out of our way to help you choose another work. You will be given credit to use within a year of the return date. This can be given to someone else, if you wish.
